Your own vehicle, or one you'd vouch for. Documents are checked once, then you're in the network.

Owner & vehicle details

Basic info — nothing here needs a document yet.

Registration is open statewide. Active dispatch currently runs in Vijayawada, Guntur, Tadepalli and Mangalagiri — other zones are logged for when the network expands there.

A vendor's word for you

A referral carries the vendor's own reputation — a stronger filter than a cold sign-up. Skip this if nobody referred you.

Loading & unloading capability

Some jobs need more than driving — can you personally handle it?

Verifiable numbers

These can be checked instantly against government records — no waiting for manual review.

Your Driver ID — eligibility number

This ID belongs to you, not to any one vehicle — generated once your mobile is OTP-verified and your Aadhaar is uploaded. Use it later for spot-approving a different vehicle without redoing your personal KYC.

Not yet generated — verify mobile and upload Aadhaar above

Raise a voice — grievance cell

Something wrong with your registration, a document rejection, or a payment? Raise it here — it goes straight into the grievance queue, ticket-numbered.

Attachment (optional)
Screenshot, photo, or document supporting your complaint.

Spot-approve a different vehicle

Picked up a rented or borrowed vehicle for a run? Log in with your existing Driver ID — no need to redo your personal KYC — and get this vehicle cleared for tickets.

Step 1 — Log in with your Driver ID

Your Driver ID stays with you across every vehicle you ever drive.

Step 2 — This vehicle's details

Step 3 — Documents for this vehicle

Same self-verify option as full registration — a rented vehicle still needs its own valid papers.

Developer & integrations

Internal systems get priority. Everyone else gets a key.

House Hub's own systems don't queue behind external traffic — they authenticate on a separate internal channel with no rate limit, ahead of every keyed API call.

Internal priority lane — no API key needed

Priority
House Hub AI Agent
Auto-raises a Lift It ticket the moment an Express/Scheduled order's invoice is created — same internal secret, no separate key rotation.
Connected
Priority
TheB2BHub
Dealer-to-dealer stock exchange orders will route through the same internal lane once TheB2BHub itself is deployed.

Fallback delivery partners — outbound, not inbound

The promise to the client is on-time delivery, not exclusivity to our own fleet. If levels 1–4 of the vehicle cascade (vendor's own → referred → network → manual) can't meet the SLA, the ticket routes out to one of these instead of going late.

Porter
City-wide 2W/3W/4W network — used when Lift It's own fleet in a zone is saturated.
Connected
Regional courier network
Local aggregator for smaller parcels outside the four-city cluster.

Core endpoints

POST/v1/ticketsRaise a dispatch ticket, linked to an invoice number
GET/v1/tickets/{id}Current status, OTP/POD state, timestamps
GET/v1/vehicles/availabilityNearby vehicles by type, zone, and free capacity
POST/v1/quotePrice estimate — vehicle fare, loading/unloading, e-way bill flag
POST/v1/webhooksSubscribe to ticket status changes instead of polling

External keys: rate-limited, queued behind the internal lane. Internal systems: same endpoints, no key, no limit, first in line — that's the whole point of keeping the two separate.
